Oh the exciting things we do living so far away from family & friends

Our big adventure today consisted of a trip to Costco. Woohooooo! But honestly, I get very excited when I see sample people on every corner so I was sure to try a little bit of everything (unless it looked really gross, like those veggie burgers).

The Cape Cod chips, naturally, were a big hit.

But not the Jamaican burger wraps. Sammie handed hers back to me. I finished it anyway.

Then there was a burger with blue-cheese in it but that wasn't too impressive. Also on the bleck list was the spinach ravioli - and I love ravioli so I don't know how that one got screwed up. The brie was delicious but the French blue cheese sitting next to it wasn't! I thought I'd throw up right there. I had to grab another chicken nugget just to get the taste out of my mouth. I passed the french fry man 3 times but he wasn't biting. I finally had to ask him why he wasn't sharing the love and he said they weren't ready yet. Sure they weren't. I only circled him for 30 minutes, french fries don't take that long in a toaster oven, man! But I guess he caught me hitting every other sample cart and decided he didn't like my kind.
